Online store return policy
Based on the nature of our products and the health and safety requirements of the relevant authorities, and because your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are among our top priorities and important to us.
FEELIN applies a seven-day return policy from the date of delivery.
✅ Return or exchange terms
- Products that can be returned.
- According to the requirements of the Ministry of Commerce and in order to protect our customers, the underwear category is not covered by the return or exchange policy, including bras, underwear, and body control clothing.
- Submitting a return request:
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date of receiving the product.
- The customer bears the cost of shipping the returned product, which amounts to 25 riyals.
- The product and all its accessories must be in their original condition.
- If the product is not in its original condition, the company has the right not to refund the full amount. The company estimates the value of the refunded amount after calculating the value of the damage or loss to the product and/or its accessories.
❌ Exceptions:
- No return request can be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The return and exchange policy does not apply to international orders.
- Submit a replacement request:
- We do not accept exchange requests for goods included in the underwear category , including bras, panties, and body control clothing.
- Apart from that, the customer has the right to request a replacement product within (5) days from the date of issuance of the return shipping label, and if this is not adhered to, the request will be rejected.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original labels and packaging.
- The customer bears the cost of the replacement fee, which amounts to (25) riyals.
- General provisions:
- If you paid upon delivery, please contact customer service via (...) to initiate a return request and provide them with the correct bank information.
- If the product is part of a promotional offer, the customer must return all products associated with the same offer.
- Cancellation policy.
- We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped.
- If the order has been prepared or shipped, it will be treated as a return request and must be physically received at the warehouse.
- The store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount in the following cases:
- Product unavailable.
- There is a technical error.
- Circumstances beyond the store's control prevent the order from being fulfilled.
- Timeframes for implementation.
- Product returns by the shipping company: This takes place within 3 to 8 business days from the date the product arrives at our warehouse and successfully passes quality inspection.
- Refund: Refunds will be processed to the payment method used within 10 to 14 business days for paid orders. The timeframe depends on the payment provider's policy and on the customer providing correct bank details.
- If payment is made upon receipt, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the bank details provided to the "FEELIN" team.
- Product delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the product is damaged or the wrong product was delivered by us, and this must be proven to the customer service team.
- If additional fees are imposed for cash on delivery, the fees will be deducted from the value of the returned goods.
